“Volley Together”
Program Rules & Conditions:

• Referrer Eligibility: You must be a current participant (or parent/guardian of a participant) in GSI Volleyball Club to refer new athletes.

• Referred Athlete Eligibility: The referred friend must be a new athlete to GSI Volleyball programs (cannot have previously registered for any GSI Volleyball program.

• Referral Limit: You can refer multiple different new athletes and receive one $25 coupon per successful referral. Referring the same friend multiple times does not generate additional rewards.

• Registration Process & Successful Referral Definition:

  A successful referral requires the new athlete to:

  1. Accurately complete the initial referral form on GSI website (e.g., volleyball.gsi.institute/summer-camp-registration), including selecting “Yes” to being referred and entering their own valid contact info (especially email) and the referrer’s full name.

  2. Proceed to our secure registration platform (SportsEngine Motion) platform and complete the full registration and payment process for their first eligible program.

  • Failure to complete either step accurately will invalidate the referral.

• Coupon Delivery: Coupon codes are delivered via email to the addresses associated with the referrer’s and the new friend’s GSI accounts. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date and check spam/junk folders. GSI is not responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect addresses or spam filters. Please allow up to 5 business days after referral confirmation for code delivery.

• Coupon Usage:

  • Only one (1) coupon code (Referral or other promotional code) may be applied per single program registration/purchase. Codes cannot be stacked.

  • Codes are valid only for the eligible programs listed below, where the program cost above $25.00.

  • Codes must be entered at the time of online registration/purchase; they cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds.

  • Codes may have an expiration date, which will be clearly stated in the email containing the code. Expired codes will not be honored.

• Eligible Programs:

  • GSI Summer Volleyball Camps (All Skills, Elite Prep, Positional)

  • GSI Pre-Evaluation Clinics

  • GSI Mini Season Programs
  • Most GSI Private Volleyball Lessons (Excludes group private lessons)

  • Future GSI Volleyball Camps (as announced)

  • Future GSI Volleyball Clinics (as announced)

• Program Modifications: GSI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the “Volley Together” Referral Program, its rules, eligibility criteria, or reward values at any time without prior notice.

• Final Authority: All decisions regarding referral eligibility, reward issuance, and coupon validity are at the sole discretion of GSI and are final.
