Nikki has a lot of relationships with college coaches. I think the biggest thing is they respect her because of her knowledge of the game! One thing many parents make a mistake of is thinking you do not have to do any work. Not true!! Your daughters need to be sending out videos and contacting coaches. What Nikki does is have a line of communication with them. She asks the hard questions that your daughter is afraid to ask... where are they on their list, what do they have to offer, etc. My daughter Kylie was very picky! Nikki never gave up on her dreams. She stayed with Kylie until she finally committed to University of Pennsylvania. We will forever be grateful for all the time and energy Nikki put into helping her get recruited.
