GSI Performance Training Program is built to ensure athletes peak at the right time for their most important competitions.

 

The program is divided into 4 key phases: early pre-season, late pre-season, in-season, and off-season. Each phase targets specific areas like anaerobic fitness, functional strength, explosive power, neuromuscular development, and speed — so you’re always ready to perform at your best when it matters most.

GSI Olympic Performance Strength & Conditioning Preseason Program

Duration: 6 weeks (2 sessions per week)

Format: Groups of 2 or 4 athletes, available to both GSI Club members and non-members
